Peter Bennison - Director
Peter has had a long and distinguished career within the property industry spanning more than 35 years. After leaving Hadley Property Group in 2015, a business he co-founded in 2003, Peter went onto become Managing Director of Meadow Residential, a property development company specialising in the acquisition, planning and development of sites across London and the South-East of England.
Peter is very well known throughout the property industry and has built up a huge wealth of knowledge and contacts within the sector, having acquired in excess of 2,000 units over the course of his career. Peter has a no-nonsense approach to business and is able to draw on his vast property and construction related experience to provide invaluable and unparalleled professional advice to our clients.
Toby Leaman - Director
Toby Leaman - Director
Toby started his property career working for an independent commercial real estate investment agency and has not looked back since. In the early years, simultaneously whilst working, Toby completed a master’s degree in Real Estate after which he qualified as a Chartered Surveyor within the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Toby has acted for a range of different investors including private individuals, family offices and property companies. Toby prides himself on forging strong relationships with agents and a range of clients alike. These relationships have led to the successful completion of numerous transactions across most industry sectors and asset classes.

After graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management BSc (Hons.), Reece went on to work as a Graduate Investment & Development Manager at Arcadis before moving onto Aitch Group where he held a position as Land Manager. Since moving away from client side, Reece has been involved in setting up several successful property agency businesses before deciding to set up Healey Real Estate with his father Peter and long-term friend Toby.
Reece has considerable experience across the commercial investment and residential development sectors and has worked with a range of high-profile clients, from institutional investors to private developers and housing associations. Reece specialises in land acquisitions and disposals, in addition to covering all other mainstream commercial property sectors. Tenacious and driven to succeed, Reece is committed to ensuring that Healey Real Estate provides the best possible service to our valued clients.
